The host hotel is the Embassy Suites at the Airport. Here are the volunteer needs:
*Registration at the hotel
**Tue 5:00-7:00 p.m. Four (4) volunteers
**Wed 2:00-4:30 p.m. Four (4) volunteers
**Wed 8:00-10:00 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
Concierge Desk- Non-golfers at the hotel
**Tue-Sat 2:00-6:00 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
**Thur-Sat 5:30-6:00 a.m. Two (2) volunteers
Hospitality Room at the hotel
**Tue 4:00 p.m.- until Two (2) volunteers
**Wed 1:30-4:30 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
**Wed 9:00-11:00 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
**Thur 2:00-4:00 p.m. BBQ servers Six-Nine (6-9) volunteers
**Fri 4:00-6:00 p.m. Fish Fry servers Six-Nine (6-9) volunteers
**Sat 2:00-4:00 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
**Sat 8:30-11:00 p.m. Two (2) volunteers
Fish Fry on Friday 3 pm – 7 pm (times volunteers are needed; actual event is 4-6 pm)
Our own Leisure Hour Golf Club is the Sponsor of th Fish Fry. We need a volunteer cook and about 6 people to help serve. Also at the hotel
Golf Courses- Rose City, Heron Lakes, and Stone Creek Golf Courses. – Choose which one.
If you want to go to the course, we need you!
Thur-Sat from start to finish each day at each course
